He gave the piano a full inspection and outlined the problems that needed fixing and offered a free quote with a breakdown of prices with no pressure to commit. He gave our piano the full works… full clean, restoring broken missing felts and tuning of course. I was so happy to find a piano tuner who is passionate to take on a piano like ours. Good pragmatic approach given the age and condition of our piano. The piano sounds better than it has ever done.
